- Be aware of assigned participants safety, hygiene and entertainment while parents are on-duty
- Assist the program team and activity supervisors at various activities
- Provide and/or implement behaviours strategies in participants
- Provides a written evaluation (Camper TAG) for each assigned camper and recommendations based on findings to the Coordinator, Programs and Support
- Serves as a resource for camp staff that directly affects the safety, welfare, wellness and of the assigned participants
- Serve on the staff team, working to create a healthy camp environment to bring positive changes in behaviours, attitudes, and values
- Responds to general participant inquiries
- While not working as a nanny, other duties will be assigned
