Teen Camp

(15 - 18 Years Old)

Camp Goodtimes’ Teen Camp is a specialized program just for teens and includes a higher level of programming than what is offered at Kids Camp. A wide variety of activities, increased challenge, opportunity to choose programming and a “laid back” atmosphere are elements of Teen Camp that set it apart from Kids Camp.

Although Teen Camp includes a theme, scheduled programming and special events, there is a lot of time scheduled for relaxing, talking and hanging out with friends.

Teen Camp can accommodate teens aged 15-18 diagnosed with cancer.

Each teenager accepted to attend Teen Camp is placed with other teens in a cabin.

Each cabin group is supervised by a minimum of two adult “Skips,” who are trained Camp Goodtimes cabin counselors.

Additional program staff are present at each scheduled activity.

Qualified medical and social-emotional support is available on-site to ensure that all participants are comfortable and cared for.

Our Volunteers

Our ratio of campers to staff is about 4:1 in cabin groups and 3:1 at activities throughout the day.
